Spatter release fluid is specially formulated, water-based coating designed to prevent spatter from adhering to the workpiece, shrouds, jigs, fixtures etc during welding operations.

Spatter release fluid contains highly effective wetting agents to ensure a thin, even coating is delivered to metal surfaces to prevent adhesion of spatter along with corrosion inhibitors to prevent flash rusting.

After drying Spatter release fluid will form a corrosion preventing film capable of providing up to 12 months indoor corrosion protection. Spatter release fluid attracts no hazard labelling and is solvent and silicone free, making it a safer alternative to traditional anti-spatter products.
