Beschreibung

Molyform 2250 is a specially formulated medium/high viscosity heavy duty neat forming oil suitable for use in heavy duty forming, heavy duty stamping and deep drawing operations.

Molyform 2250 contains a highly effective extreme pressure additives which prevent metal pick up between the work piece and tool. Molyform 2250 is chlorine free to meet the latest health, safety and environmental requirements.

The controlled reactivity of the extreme pressure additives combined with effective corrosion inhibitors in the formulation inhibit staining and provide temporary inter-process corrosion protection.

Anwendung

Molyform 2250 should be used as supplied. Can be applied by brush, drip, roller or spray applied by either airless or air assisted spray systems.

Note: Where absolute freedom from surface discolouration is essential, it is recommended that compatibility trials are conducted prior to use.
