Description

Molychain ET-100RZ is an advanced, fully synthetic oil specifically formulated to lubricate
and protect chains operating at high temperatures. Molychain ET-100RZ is formulated from the
latest generation synthetic base fluid technology combined with high performance anti-oxidant and
anti-wear additives to ensure excellent thermal stability while providing effective wear protection to
chain components.
Molychain ET-100RZ is suitable for use in a wide variety of industries where high
temperature processes are encountered such as glass and mineral wool curing, plasterboard drying,
ceramic and textile production. Molychain ET-100RZ has been specially modified to favour a drier
residue to minimise particulate adhesion in dusty operating environments.

Application

Molychain ET products should be used as supplied and can be applied by brush, drip or automatic lubrication systems which should ideally be drained and flushed prior to introduction. For optimal results previous carbon residues should be removed during change-over. Refer to the product safety data sheet for guidance on safe handling, storage and disposal.

Molychain ET products should be stored in original, unopened packaging, out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. The most up to date shelf-life information for Molyslip products can be found on the certificate of analysis issued at the time of manufacture

ARVINA FM2 is an excellent gearbox grease. Purchased to refill the gearbox on a kitchen mixer, which requires food safe grease. I coated the planetary track and gear. The result was the mixer sounded quieter. I recommend this grease for similar applications.
