Description

Molychain HX 125 is a fully synthetic oil designed to lubricate and protect chains operating at high temperatures. It is formulated with advanced synthetic ester base fluids, enhanced with high-performance anti-oxidant and anti-wear additives, ensuring excellent thermal stability and wear protection for chain components.

It is specifically suited for use in e-coat lines where exposure to water-based coatings or humidity is anticipated. A unique additive system minimizes the creation of oil spots that could cause coating imperfections.

Application

Molychain HX 125 should be used as supplied and applied via brush, drip, or automatic lubrication systems. It is recommended to drain and flush existing lubrication systems before switching. Remove previous carbon residues for optimal results. Refer to the product safety data sheet for safe handling, storage, and disposal.

Store Molychain HX 125 in its original, unopened packaging, out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. For the latest shelf-life information, refer to the certificate of analysis issued at the time of manufacture.
