Description

Molychain KP-220 is a fully synthetic oil specifically formulated to lubricate and protect chains operating at high temperatures.

Molychain KP-220 is formulated from the latest advanced synthetic ester base fluid combined with high performance anti-oxidant and anti-wear additives to ensure
excellent thermal stability while providing effective wear protection to chain components.

Molychain KP-220 is suitable for use in a wide variety of industries where extreme high temperature processes are encountered such as glass and mineral wool curing, plasterboard drying, ceramic and textile production.

Capable of operating up to 290°C (310°C intermittently)

Application

Molychain KP-220 should be used as supplied and can be applied by brush, drip or automatic lubrication systems which should ideally be drained and flushed prior to introduction. For optimal results previous carbon residues should be removed during change-over. Refer to the product safety data sheet for guidance on safe handling, storage and disposal.

Molychain KP-220 should be stored in original, unopened packaging, out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. The most up to date shelf-life information for Molyslip products can be found on the certificate of analysis issued at the time of manufacture.
