Description

Molychain TS-250 has been specifically designed for the lubrication and protection of chain systems
operating at high temperatures.

Molychain TS-250 consists of a blend of highly effective, synthetic
base fluids that have been carefully selected to deliver excellent lubrication properties at high
operating temperatures.

It also includes a high-performance additive system that inhibits oxidation
and carbonization and provides excellent anti-wear performance.

Molychain TS-250 is designed to be used at operating temperatures up to 260°C and in addition to
textile machines it can also be used to lubricate the chain and track system of equipment such as
plasterboard drying ovens, ceramic ovens, paint curing and other ovens.

Application

Molychain TS-250 should be used as supplied and can be applied by brush, drip or automatic lubrication systems which should ideally be drained and flushed prior to introduction. For optimal results previous carbon residues should be removed during change-over. Refer to the product safety data sheet for guidance on safe handling, storage and disposal.

Molychain TS-250 should be stored in original, unopened packaging, out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. The most up to date shelf-life information for Molyslip products can be found on the certificate of analysis issued at the time of manufacture.
