Description

Molychain TS-300 is a high performance, fully synthetic lubricant specifically designed to lubricate
and protect the chain systems operating in high temperature ovens.

It is formulated from a blend of synthetic base fluids carefully selected to deliver excellent lubrication properties at high operating
temperatures. The advanced additive system minimizes friction and wear and protects against
thermo-oxidative degradation ensuring that chains are kept free from carbon deposit build-up.

Molychain TS-300 is suitable for use at operating temperatures up to 260°C and can be used to
lubricate the chain and track system of equipment such as textile stenters, plasterboard drying
ovens, ceramic ovens, paint curing and other ovens.

Application

Molychain TS-300 should be used as supplied and can be applied by brush, drip or automatic lubrication systems which should ideally be drained and flushed prior to introduction. For optimal results previous carbon residues should be removed during change-over. Refer to the product safety data sheet for guidance on safe handling, storage and disposal.

Molychain TS-300 should be stored in original, unopened packaging, out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. The most up to date shelf-life information for Molyslip products can be found on the certificate of analysis issued at the time of manufacture.
