Description

Premium Valve Lubricant

MOLYVALVE 6 is a premium performance, fully synthetic valve lubricant for all types of gate and plug valves. The combination of perfluoropolyether base fluid and PTFE thickener provide excellent lubricating and sealing performance while ensuring maximum resistance to most aggressive chemicals.

MOLYVALVE 6 is resistant to oil, hydrocarbon solvents (including gasoline, diesel, kerosene etc), alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, strong acids and alkalis and gases such as air, nitrogen and oxygen (both gaseous and liquified forms). The outstanding resistance to chemical attack and wash-out ensures valve components remain protected from wear and seizure in even the most arduous operating conditions. MOLYVALVE 6 is ideal for use in locations such as petrochemical processing plants where resistance to a range of aggressive chemicals is required.

MOLYVALVE 6 is compatible with almost all common engineering materials across a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +260°C (+320°C intermittent).

Features

• Outstanding resistance to solvents, gases, chemicals, oils etc
• Wide temperature capability from -30°C to +260°C (continuous) +320°C (intermittent)
• Excellent lubricating properties ensure reduced friction and wear
• Highly effective protection against corrosion

Application
